Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by BMW88 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of KYC review.
Each eligible individual is permitted to register and operate only one (1) Account on the BMW88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, household address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, a valid and accessible email address, a Malaysian mobile telephone number, your date of birth, and your preferred account currency (MYR). You undertake to keep this information accurate and updated at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. BMW88 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BMW88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify BMW88 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. BMW88 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
BMW88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, BMW88 may require you to submit one or more of the following: a clear copy of your Malaysian NRIC or valid passport; proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months); and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or Maybank account showing the last four digits). BMW88 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
BMW88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform deposit and withdrawal pages, which may be updated from time to time.
Deposits made via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to the Member's account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfer are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the Member's bank's processing schedule. BMW88 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond its reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. BMW88 targets the following indicative processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are target timeframes only and may vary during peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
BMW88 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited and then withdrawn without placing any bets may be subject to an administration fee to cover payment processing costs.
All transactions on BMW88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). BMW88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees which are outside BMW88's control. For USDT TRC20 deposits, standard network confirmation fees apply and are borne by the Member.
BMW88 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and the BMW88 referral programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
Members may participate in the BMW88 Referral Programme by sharing their unique referral code with prospective new players. A referral bonus of MYR 38 is awarded to both the referring Member and the referred new Member upon the successful registration and minimum qualifying deposit of the referred player. All sports bets placed on BMW88 are subject to the specific betting rules published on the sports betting section of the Platform, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. For live in-play betting, connection disruptions or delays between the live event and the Platform's data feed may result in temporary suspension of betting markets. Bets placed during any such suspension period may be voided at BMW88's discretion.

BMW88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BMW88 shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, Force Majeure events, or the actions or inactions of third-party service providers including payment processors and internet service providers.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BMW88's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BMW88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; provision of false or misleading registration information; abusive behaviour toward BMW88 staff; or any other conduct that BMW88 reasonably considers detrimental to the Platform, its users, or its business interests.
Where an account is closed due to a material breach by the Member, BMW88 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining account balance, including any pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BMW88 Customer Support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
